Aluminum foil printing speed: Maximum is 30m/min. The speed should slow down accordingly with thicker aluminum foil and products with high precision requirements.
Aluminum foil width: The maximum width is 600mm. The width should be a fix one.
The perforated roller is included, the aluminum foil is perforated.
Aluminum foil thickness can be made from 0.04mm to 0.08mm.
Cell size can be made from 3mm to 50mm with different gluing roller.
Printing roller circumference: 480mm.
The gluing roller is not included with machine, they’re customized according to clients’ requirement.

Drying temperature: normal temperature 80℃, temperature control accuracy +/-3℃.
